FAIRWAVE Data Deletion Request

This page explains how users of the FAIRWAVE app can request deletion of app-related data handled by Xiamen Xinglian Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd. ("Xingtel", "we", "us", or "our").

How to request deletion

To request deletion of FAIRWAVE app-related data, email us at hongbl.hong@xingtel.com with the subject line "FAIRWAVE Data Deletion Request".

Please include the following information so we can identify the request:

• Your contact email address.
• The app name: FAIRWAVE.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.
• If relevant, the device name or device identifier shown in the app.

What data may be deleted

Depending on the data available for your use of FAIRWAVE, we will delete app-related data that we can reasonably identify, such as support inquiry details, app operation records sent to us for troubleshooting, device connection information, device identifiers, and related technical records.

What data may be kept

Some records may be kept when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. We may also keep de-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify a user or device.

Processing time

We aim to review and complete valid deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to identify the relevant data. If more time is needed, we will explain the reason by email.
